Long before Rose Speaks was founded, she spent her career helping people believe in themselves, find their voice, and create a future they once thought was impossible.
Today, she brings that same work into schools, conferences, women’s events, faith gatherings, workforce programs, leadership rooms, retreats, and transformational workshops.

Long before Rose Speaks was founded, Priscilla spent her career helping people believe in themselves, find their voice, and create a future they once thought was impossible.
Whether she was standing in front of a classroom, leading an entire school, coaching educators, developing workforce readiness programs, or mentoring young people searching for direction, the work was always the same: helping people RISE.
For more than 15 years, Priscilla has served as a teacher, special education leader, regional coordinator, principal, statewide director, workforce development professional, and educational administrator.
Those roles allowed her to coach hundreds of professionals, develop leaders, facilitate training, lead strategic initiatives, speak at conferences, and walk alongside students and adults during some of the most defining moments of their lives.
